Our drive way can handle a max of 4 cars.

Allowed with the understanding that our place isn't child proofed and you will need to check for any safety issues for your childs age. 

Check in times are 4 pm and Check out 11 am. We can at times accommodate a earlier or later check in and out, however it must be approved and may not be able to be approved until 24 hours in advance of your stay. We prefer to allow our Housekeepers, maintenance, and  hot tub professionals the full window so as not to have to interrupt your stay. 

Our place is not child proofed but does have books, toys and a twin blow up mattress.

No events or parties are allowed. With one bathroom it's just not feasible. However, if you are planning an event, I can certainly offer advice on where you can hold your event. 

Guest will speak with our Property Manager as she is local. 

We have a regular drip coffee maker plus a french press in the cabinet. Crock Pot, Flip Waffle Maker, hand mixer. Etc. 

We do allow dogs with paid pet fee of $75 for first dog and $15 for additional dog for up to a week stay. For stays over a week and up to a month the pet fee Doubles. This fee goes towards the extra cleaning needed after their stay. 

Smoking is only allowed outside and must be extinguished in the Cigarettes Butts bucket at the front steps. 

Our place isn't wheelchair accessible due to the stairs to enter the porch. For someone with limited walking but can manage a few steps the interior is all one level. 

Thank you for considering our place. We purchased our place because we found ourselves escaping the heat of North Florida 2-3 times a year to visit the mountains. We traveled into many of the cities there but just really fell in love with Boone and the surrounding High Country. We love talking to our guests and helping them with planning their local fun! We are happy to offer up tips to make your vacation memorable. Enjoy! 



Our place sits on 1.24 acres with the scenic view opened up to Rich Mountain.
